MARK JEPSON
PMHNP-BC
Mark grew up in a military family which afforded him the wonderful opportunity of living in many different states throughout this great country. He even spent some time in the Philippines before moving to Idaho in the 1990's.
Here in Idaho TMS & Behavioral Health, he graduated from Meridian High School (Go Warriors!) and eventually attended Boise State University where he earned a baccalaureate degree in nursing in 2004.
After a brief stint in the operating room, he found his true love when he took a position at Intermountain Hospital working in the field of mental health as an RN in the Acute Adolescent Unit. He genuinely enjoyed his several years helping patients in this capacity and was eventually promoted to be the Program Manager of three adult units at the same hospital.

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Mark always knew he wanted to continue his education beyond his bachelor's degree. It was a natural fit to continue helping patients in the field of psychiatry and mental health. In 2008, he graduated from Gonzaga University with a Master of Science in Nursing and became a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Shortly thereafter he earned his board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and started working at Saint Alphonsus Behavioral Health, where he continues to see patients today.
Interests and Hobbies
Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and much of his extended family in the area. He loves being in the mountains, traveling, and participating in and volunteering at church activities.
He has a sincere desire to help individuals through difficult times in their lives and enjoys getting to know his patients, learning their stories, and seeing them succeed.
Idaho TMS & Behavioral Health
"With advancing technology and a desire to offer patients' alternatives to traditional medications and psychotherapy, Mark decided to start Idaho TMS —an outpatient clinic that uses repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to treat moderate-to-severe cases of depression where normal antidepressant medications have not satisfactorily helped. In 2021 Mark saw a need to provide his community an additional and started offering medication management and to reflect this change in services, the clinic changed its name to Idaho TMS & Behavioral Health."

Rose Lovell
LMSW
I grew up in various areas including Central Oregon, Northern California, and Idaho where I spent a great deal of time outdoors. I earned my bachelor's in Outdoor and Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Idaho. It was there that I discovered a love for working outdoors and with adolescents. Following graduation, I worked as a field guide in Wilderness Therapy for adolescents in areas including Alaska and Idaho for seven years. During that time, I learned the strengths and struggles of adolescents which helped me gain insights on how to help them navigate life and its challenges.
I returned to school to earn my master's in social work from Boise State University. I was an intern with Health and Welfare in the Children's Mental Health Department as well as the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in the Homeless Program. Those experiences helped solidify the foundation I needed to work with young children and their families from a diverse lens. We held cognitive-processing groups for individuals with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I worked with highly skilled therapists who taught me the skills and lessons needed to work with addiction and other mental health disorders.

I have always loved anything involving the outdoors and working with people. Between being a field guide I was a Wildland Fire Fighter out of Arizona for two seasons and have since gained a new respect for the wilderness and those who serve to protect it. I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and our animals. I attribute most of my learning through individuals and their journey to self-discovery.

I was born and raised in Idaho and have always loved this beautiful State. I have 3 wonderful grown children and we enjoy spending time together, camping, playing games or whatever else we get up to, as long as we are together. I enjoy going to the mountains or being out in nature on my own as well. I also love rock collecting, reading, and I love learning about different cultures from all around the world. I spent 19 years working with at risk youth in a residential facility and found that challenging but rewarding. When it was time for a change, I became a clinical receptionist for a counseling center and worked there for almost 5 years. When I was given the opportunity to work with Mark Jepson at Idaho TMS & Behavioral Health I jumped at the chance. It's a joy to work for someone who has such a passion for helping people. I have seen such positive results with the people we serve, and my job is extremely rewarding. I look forward to serving more people and seeing them take positive steps in their lives. I love to literally see this transformation in people from someone struggling through debilitating depression to someone who can once again experience light and joy in their life. We look forward to helping you do the same!
